  6. Thank you Jun. I have been depressed due to what was going on around me and in society (about Covid). I have lost my job and my friendships. I let myself rot and had been hibernating for months. But this beautiful video inspired me a lot, and I got up with the sun and tried this Yoga with you in the nature with the birds' dawn chorus. I felt fully relaxed guided by your calm voice, and felt joy to live and to be here. Thank you so much for sharing, I respect you and love you Jun!
