Alas calabasas no seles kita la cascara ay esta toda su vitamina no las peles se comen con tido y cascara no las batas como pure yo giso la mitad de una cebolla y dos tomates lo pico chikito y pongo aseite a calentar y giso el tomate y cebolla y luego le pongo las calabasas picadas en cuadritos pero con cascara no se pelan ok les pongo pokita sal y le pongo una lata de elote y keso y dejo unis cinco minutos todo y listo te kedan rikicimas
