  1. Hello!! I'm 36 and since 20 i had a double chin. I practiced this exercise in the last 3 weeks, only when remembered, not every day, about 4 times each exercise. Today i saw myself in the mirror and big WOW !! I dont see my double chin so much!!! WOW!! This is amazing!! I've been obsessed with my double chin so long and this exercise is sooooo easy!!! Thank you, thank you, thank youuuuu!!!!!! I send LOVE to you!

  3. Fumiko, would You look at my face and tell me with exercise would be the best for me ? I have this fat cussion's at the sides of my face (bottom part of face ) I'm doing exercises for the last 3 years but the effect is very small. Maybe I can't tell with exercise is the best for my face shape? ?

  6. Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else trying to find out best chin exercises for double chin try Letza Amazing Face Lessons (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy got amazing success with it.

  8. I've been doing this 4-5 times a day for the past 10 days and I can already feel and see the difference! It really works. I mostly do it standing up while waiting around (for example for the microwave to stop). I usually count to 20 before releasing. Great exercise!
