I took a one-day trip from Magome to Tsumago!
The road from Magome to Tsumago, Nakasendo, is also known as the Samurai Road and was built in the Edo period.
The post towns along the road are very charming as they still retain the atmosphere of those days.
Why don’t you join me on this trip and enjoy this beautiful scenery to the fullest?

  1. I counted all the cats in this video and I saw 3 but one is a digital cat 😀 awesome video once again Atsuko-san!! 😻😻😻 Thank you as always for bringing us to beautiful places around Japan 💯

  2. こんにちは敦子さん。

僕は笑った the first thing you do is always eating 😂 この旅行が気に入った。 栗が好きです 🥰
This place remembers me of the anime サムライチャンプルー I'm wondering how it was going from a post town to an other across the nature at the time, interesting times ! And both towns here are just lovely, i hope you didn't break the law of the shogunate on your way to 妻籠宿 ! btw Isn't it too slippery with all the leaves or is it ok ?

Thanks again for all your videos 敦子さん 🙏

  3. Once again, you have posted a truly beautiful video! The Japanese Maples were simply stunning! It really was like taking a trip back in time, seeing all the old buildings, and walking the narrow roads. Japan has such a wonderful and long history compared to my country!
I may be mistaken (may be the other main road), but was there only the one shrine? I would have thought there would have been pilgrims walking the route, marking off all the shrines as they traveled the road.
Thank you for taking us along on these beautiful trips around your lovely country, Atsuko-san!

  4. Hello Atsukosan ❤

I was totally amazed again, what a beautiful place. ✨ Aside from great scenery, the food that you've eaten was totally delicious 🥰 I'm curious how thick and delicious shiitake mushroom is. 😅❤️

    Thank you Atsukosan! :))

  5. Hello. Wow this is a really amazing video. Great views combined with ancient architecture is simply something fantastic. I'm sure that if it weren't for tourists, it would be possible to feel in the Middle Ages.👺 Thanks for the great video. Have a great week.🤗
