小さくてささやかな梅雨の心を安定させる幸せな暮らし|一人暮らし10年目の1L部屋を愉しむヒント|Living alone in the Japanese countryside
How are you all? It’s been hot and humid every day. It feels like humidity is building up inside my body, and my mood is somehow heavy. I’ve got a new frying pan. I wanted something small that I could use every day, and it’s perfect for me. The other one is a mug I found at a bargain price. The red wave pattern seems to lift my spirits. I’m doing laundry to wash away my tired heart. If I skip one thing, everything will fall apart like a domino effect. I feel that way even more during the rainy season. While I’m soaking the clothes, I’m going to wash my winter jacket and go shopping. I also have to take out the trash. I’ll have plain noodles tonight. As I get things done one by one, my mood lightens. I’ll take a break with some new tea I received. The trick to this year’s new tea is to brew it with plenty of tea leaves. It’s important to hydrate your body to help it drain better. I’ve replenished the sodium percarbonate and soap. I got some fresh red shiso, so I’ll make some juice. I used about 200 grams of red shiso. Water enough to cover the wilted leaves. Sugar and apple cider vinegar can be used as much as you like. The homemade apple cider vinegar was well-balanced and I was very satisfied with it. I look forward to drinking it chilled. I will prepare a lot of somen seasonings and enjoy it. The urge to eat squid tempura comes when I forget about it. Rice flour, baking powder, mayonnaise, water. For the ingredients of chawanmushi, 180ml of bonito stock and one egg. Season with salt, red sake, and a little soy sauce. I’m almost out of the non-caffeinated herbal tea that has become a staple for dinner. It’s a happy night when a new drama has started. I know how hard it is to fry, but it’s so delicious that I can’t help but make it. Grated radish and sudachi are the best. The hard work of cleaning up is a set with the deliciousness. The day I picked plums at my grandparents’ house. It didn’t rain, so I was able to harvest as many plums as I wanted. A cute girl who is not a member of the team. They are watching over me. They let me taste the raspberries. My mother gave me some hydrangeas on the way home. I live alone, so I brought home as many plums as I could fit in a jar. I also brought back some jam made by my aunt as a souvenir. What should I make this year? Last year I made plum wine with beet sugar and sake. This year, I am happy to have three kinds of plums. I will try making them in honey, rock sugar, and whiskey. Some of the plums are ripe, so I think I can drink them soon. I am looking forward to it. The plants look happy in the clear weather of the rainy season. I will move the herbs that have grown big. Heavy rain is forecast from tomorrow, so I want to finish the housework today. I have been wondering how to clean the screen door for a long time. The weather is good, so I will wash it. It was quite dirty. I will lather up the soap bubble soap and remove the dirt. If I clean one place a day, I feel less guilty before going to bed. The season of molokheiya has come again this year. I’m glad to come home after work and find some molokheiya in the fridge. I almost forgot the core. Let’s eat it with plum and ponzu sauce this time. I’ll replenish the ponzu sauce. Tonight’s main dish is taro buns. I added eggs and bracken powder to the binder. I only have a few ginkgo nuts left, which I cherish. I’ll put them in the dough along with the wood ear mushrooms. I’ll make the filling to put on the taro buns. I’ll dissolve bonito stock, red sake, salt, and soy sauce with kudzu starch. I also had ginger and crab meat, so I added those. I’ll make the omelette to put in the sushi rolls. I’ll mix in the shrimp cut into large pieces and fry them in rice oil. If you like strong flavors, I think it’s a good idea to add salt to the dough. I soaked the water eggplant in salt water for about 30 minutes to prevent it from discoloring, and then I’ll make a salad. It’s been a while since I made homemade sushi rolls. A salad of eggplant, mitsuba, olive oil, and prosciutto. I saw this recipe in the basement of a department store. Another happy dinner tonight with delicious early summer ingredients. Cleaning the floor is the finishing touch to the night. Weekday evening. I went home early. Time to make Mizuhiki. I read a book and sometimes watched a video to learn. This meaningless time calms my mind. How was your week?
