Talking negatively about myself is something I’m positively good at. And let’s face it with all the haters, doubters and self-proclaimed “internet trolls” In the world today, there is no need for us to be AS harsh of critics to ourselves. In Today’s video, I go over how these patterns of self-doubt don’t just bring our mood but are literally detrimental to our health. I talk about how easily the molecular structure of water is changed just by saying a mean thing or two as well as providing a couple tips and tricks I’ve implemented into my day to day life that have helped me transition from my own arch-nemesis, into my best friend. Talking negatively about yourself is a nasty habit that surely is holding you back from accomplishing all your goals and live the happy and fulfilled life that you strive for.
