I liked Pokemon xyz because of intense fights and animations were at it’s peak. I don’t care about serena. And that was only season I thought ash is going to win coz there was no Tobias like guy there who had legendaries. But I was seriously disappointed by the outcome of match against Alain. Team flare arc was the best villanous story out of all as everybody came together with squishy(zygarde) to stop lysandere which was really cool. This season was the best

My list is only Serena the best character in all the anime
I wasn’t actually going to give this series a chance, yeah it was on Netflix that time I started watching Pokémon btw, Indigo League was my first series. I didn’t rlly like Kalos in the start bc everything looked new to me, but when Ash fell off that 1000ft tower I knew this series was gonna get badass and it sure did. Serena was a relatable character, I don’t only like her bc of her ship, Clemont was just amazing, Bonnie in all honesty is a better Max replacement. Animation was just great. Storyline was satisfactory, it’s not even like a Pokémon anime anymore, Ash was actually mature for once and for the first time, I could actually take him seriously, 9/10. Great anime One point off cuz Ash lost the Kalos league:( But it’s a great worthwhile series to watch go watch it if you haven’t already;)

imo, i think ash should've won the kalos league but idc if he just continue his journey without winning now. xyz is the best and amourshipping is amazing also, ash was SIXTEEN!!! HOW RARE IS THAT?!?!

But besides that about serena I don’t agree with those people
Since they only like xyz cuz of serena there saying that she has the best development but thats not true trough the journey i say she has the same development as clemont but besides that i really liked the xyz group and wil mis the adventure

I mean about the league battle at least ash got defeated by a badass rival alain rather than stupid dude,unknown dude and legendary hatchers like previous seasons even sawyer had a great character development ,simply great ever

This season still touches my heart and feels like a shonen anime but then sun and moon came{fans still expecting the next xyz series} but again sword and shield came better than sun and moon though{fans are now leaving}. but I still have hope for the next generation.

I just finished both Pokémon xy and xyz, I wish this series will get popular again back in 2016/2017 , I need to talk to people about this series 😂😭 I loved every episode and need more.
My favourite reason that makes me love XY(Z) series is because of Armourshipping and Character developments. The moral values given by Serena and the XYZ crew as a whole really impacted my life. Her spirit and the whole XY(Z) anime is my motivation.😄😄

You gave all the reasons why Gen 6 was the best seasons in the anime! I loved it so much! I'm just so sad that we never got anything good after it.
I mean don't get me wrong, the Alola region was sort of good(probably the only highlights were Solgaleo arc and Ash FINALLY winning a league) and Ash looks like he's one step closer to his dream in Journeys, but the writers just veered off from the games so much! And we only got Amourshipping for less than 1 minute and they completely cut out Ash-Greninja! He had his episode but he didn't even change! They even cut him out of the flashbacks! SERIOUSLY WRITERS!?! 😠😠😠
