Japanese home cooking can be super easy, healthy, and yummy.
My name is Fumiko. I’m originally from Tokyo, Japan, but have been living in Brooklyn, NY for decades. I used to own a Japanese restaurant called Sakura Café in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Now I’m introducing my home-cooking dishes from the Sakura Café menu.
This video shows you how to make Inari Sushi, an easy dish that uses seasoned rice, fried tofu skins, and any kind of toppings you want. I have made it with cooked shrimp, egg, and green beans, but you can use crabmeat, pickled ginger, snow peas, or anything you like! It’s perfect for a party or a picnic. Please enjoy my easy Japanese home cooking!
