I will teach you the way that you should go. I will advise you as my eyes watch over you, Psalms 32:8. You will hear a voice behind you saying, 'This is the way. Follow it, whether it turns to the right or to the left.' Isaiah 30:21.
Paul said, "There are many whose lives make them enemies of Jesus' death on the cross. They are going to end up in hell, because their god is their bodily desires. They are proud of what they should be ashamed of, and they think only of things that belong to this world." Philippians 3:18,19.
Jesus asked, "Why do you call me 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say?" Luke 6:46. Jesus said, "If you live by what I say, you are truly my disciples, John 8:31. From now on don't sin, John 8:11. I tell you that if you do not turn from your sins, you will all die as they did. Unless you repent you will all likewise perish." Luke 13:3,5.
Someone asked Jesus, โSir, will just a few people be saved?โ Jesus answered, โDo your best to go in through the narrow door; because many people will surely try to go in but will not be able." Luke 13:23,24.
Even Paul said, "I discipline my body and bring it under complete control, to keep myself from being disqualified after having preached to others." 1 Corinthians 9:27.
Just as Only Noah's family was saved from the flood, Genesis 8:18, and Only Lot's family was saved from the fire, Genesis 19. Only the followers of Jesus will be saved from the coming great tribulation, Matthew 24:21. The followers whom Jesus know, John 10:27,28, and who have done their best to be pure in God's sight, 2 Peter 3:14.
The greatest truth is the simplest truth: I follow Jesus, John 21:22, to heaven, John 14:6, and I do what he said, John 8:31, "From now on don't sin." John 8:11. Why? Because otherwise he will say to me, "I've never known you. Get away from me, you evil people." Matthew 7:23.
If you keep ignoring Jesus and what he said, you will be left behind when Jesus WILL come to take everyone who is following him, home to heaven, John 14:3. For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no, nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved, Matthew 24:21,22.
Jesus taught us whom to fear, "Don't be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Instead, fear God who can destroy both body and soul in hell." Matthew 10:28. And Paul said, "Make no mistake about this: You can never make a fool out of God. Whatever you sow is what you will reap." Galatians 6:7.
Think about this: Is it worth to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a short while on earth and then to spend eternity in hell, being constantly tortured, Luke 16:23, in the sea of ever-burning fire which is the second death? Revelation 21:8.
I was made by Jesus, Hebrews 1:2, to belong to Jesus alone, Titus 2:14 and to obey him while following him, John 21:22, to heaven, John 14:6. Following Jesus is to be joyful in Jesus, Philippians 4:4, every moment of today, because yesterday is history and tomorrow is mystery.
Do you know the Good News of how you can go to heaven? Believe now and say, "I have decided to follow Jesus, because he is the ONLY way to heaven, John 14:6. I turn away from all my sins, because Jesus said, 'From now on don't sin, John 8:11, a sinner REPENTS and becomes SAVED.' Luke 15:10. So be it in Jesus' name, Hallelujah!"
