Paul McCartneyの新作ドキュメンタリー映画”ポール・マッカートニー：マン・オン・ザ・ラン”のサウンドトラック・アルバムが2月27日に発売されることが発表。また、日本盤購入者の特典も決定し、ポストカードのほか、ドキュメンタリー映画の特別上映会への抽選招待も決定した。
本作にはPaul McCartneyとWINGSの名曲の数々が収録。1979年アルバム『Back To The Egg』の未発表ミックス「Arrow Through Me (Rough Mix)」と、1973年放送の”The James Paul McCartney TV Special”で初披露された曲「Gotta Sing Gotta Dance」も収録。
アートワークのクリエイティヴ・ディレクションは、Paul McCartneyと、これまでPaulの作品を数多く手掛けてきたヒプノシスのオーブリー・パウエルが担当し、デザインはストーム・スタジオのピーター・カーゾンが担当している。
