Good evening everyone, this is Sachi. This time, I’m going to show you how to create gradient nails perfect for Christmas using CANMAKE and Chifure . I hope you’ll watch until the end. Let’s get started. I used noiro’s Rebuild Coat as my base coat. I’ll apply CANMAKE Foundation Colors No. 09 to all of my fingers. This color can be applied directly to the nails, so if you want to save time, you can skip the first base coat. If you have weak nails or want to improve the durability, you should apply a base coat. Lately, I’ve been concerned about nail damage, so I often use OPI’s Nail Envy or noiro’s Rebuild Coat, which I used this time too. It’s a little pricey, but I highly recommend Nail Envy for growing strong nails. I’ve used it a few times and I feel like my nails are stronger than before. noiro dries so quickly that I can quickly apply it when I’m in a hurry, which is my favorite. Once you’ve finished applying the colors, let it dry for about 5 minutes. I’ll use CANMAKE No. 02. You’ll also need a paper palette and a makeup sponge. Cut the sponge into small pieces. Put a small amount of No. 02 on the palette and blend it thoroughly with the sponge. Once blended, dab it onto the tip of your thumb. Start by dab it onto the tip of your nail, and when the color starts to fade, dab it deeper. If you don’t blend the color thoroughly into the sponge, it will end up being too dark, so be sure to blend it thoroughly with the palette. When the color starts to fade, blend it again and dab it from the tip of your nail as you did the first time. By starting from the tip of your nail and gradually dab deeper, the border will become thinner and the color will blend better. Add more color and apply it a third time. Dab two or three times until the tip of your nail is no longer see-through. The area you dab should be slightly shallower than halfway up the tip of your nail. It should look like this. Dab it onto the other fingers in the same way. Using the same side of the sponge too many times can cause uneven color application and lead to flaking, so after two or three uses, try using a different side or change to a new one. I was previously asked how to cut a sponge, and I simply cut it into a small square. I’ve also been asked about whether dabbing on the cut side tends to leave residue, but the DAISO sponge I use works perfectly with the cut side. If you’re having trouble with your current sponge, try using the same DAISO sponge I use. I ‘ve heard many people say that switching to a DAISO sponge made it work perfectly, so I think it’s easy for anyone to use. It comes in a large pack, so one bag will last you quite a while. There’s no need to wait for it to dry here. I’ll coat the base coat using a base coat. I’ll put a little of the base coat on the palette and lightly blend it into the sponge. Once blended, I’ll lightly dab it on the area I just painted red. This prevents the color from bleeding. A viewer recommended a coating product and I’d like to try it, but it’s out of stock and unavailable. There’s no need for drying here either. I’ll use CANMAKE Foundation Colors No. 01. I’ll take the liquid about halfway up the tip of the brush and layer it on the tip of my nail. Make sure to layer it a little deeper than where I dabbed it. Continue layering the product on the tips of the other fingers in the same way. Since the surface area is smaller than the thumb, try using a little less liquid than the recommended amount. For a cleaner finish, try applying the product without creating a clear, straight line between the colors . Once you’ve applied the product up to this point, let it dry for about 3 minutes. Wipe off any excess. I use a DAISO wood stick. This time, apply a little more liquid than before and apply it even deeper. Cover about 2/3 of the way down the tip of the nail. As with the first application, try not to create a straight line between the colors. If the color is too clear, try lightly blending it with a base coat before the color dries. Layering a light pink will make the burgundy color you applied with the sponge blend in beautifully. It’s already cute at this point, isn’t it? It ‘s not a difficult process, but it creates a beautiful gradient. Once you’ve applied the product up to this point, let it dry for about 5 minutes. I’ll use Chifure’s 006 brush. I’ll use it to draw a line on the tip of my thumb. On the right side, I’ll draw a longer line that reaches about halfway down the tip of the nail, and then, leaving a short gap, I’ll draw a shorter line on the left side. It’s easier to apply if you apply a little more liquid to the brush and imagine that you’re laying down the glitter. It should look like this. I’ll do the same with two lines on my middle finger. There’s no other fine brush that produces such a rich gold color , so I recommend having one of Chifure’s fine gold brushes. Chifure’s glitter is easy to use because it adheres well when it becomes a little thicker after using it a few times . I’ll apply a thin layer to the tip of my ring finger as well. Once you’ve applied it this far, let it dry for about two minutes. Now it’s time to attach the parts. The snowflakes are from Nail Town Studs, and the jump rings are from SHEIN. These parts are very thin, so they’re easy to use with polish. I recommend slightly curving the brush before use to make it fit your nail. I also recommend wrapping it around a pen or something similar to create a curve. Apply top coat to the tip of the long line and attach snowflake parts. Add studs on top of the snowflakes. Add jump rings and studs to the shorter line. It will look like this. Add parts in the same way to the middle finger. If your nails are small and snowflake parts are difficult to make, you can also change to star studs or pearls for a cute look. There is no need to wait for it to dry. Apply top coat to finish. As usual , once the CANMAKE has dried, apply a new coat of nail polish. Once the top coat has been applied, let it dry thoroughly for about 30 minutes. The perfect red gradient for Christmas is now complete. It has a holiday feel but is a simple gradient, so it is also recommended for those who want to casually enjoy Christmas nails.
