Good evening, everyone, this is Sachi. This time, I’m going to create a cute, juicy cheek nail look using these three colors. It looks like it was done at a salon, but it’s easy enough for beginners to pull off. I hope you’ll watch until the end. Let’s get started. I used rom&nd Hardener No. 01 as the base coat. I’ll use CANMAKE No. N70. Unfortunately, it was recently discontinued, so if you don’t have it, try Nail Holic RD039F. It’s slightly darker than No. N70 but has similar color payoff. I’ll apply No. N70 to all nails except the ring finger. It’s a beautiful, sheer, muted rose color. It’s a versatile color that’s easy to use and appeals to everyone, so I’m really surprised it’s being discontinued. Nail Holic had a replacement color, which was nice, but the amount was smaller and more expensive than Canmake. Nail Holic recently changed its brush, making it easier to apply, but the price of its nail foundation series has gone up from 396 yen to 440 yen. I’ll apply Canmake No. N02 to my ring finger. Place the liquid a little in front of the base of your nails, push it towards the base, then pull it towards you. I also tend to leave a little gap at the base, but if you apply it while minimizing gaps as much as possible, your nails will look longer and have a nicer finish. Once you’ve applied this much, let it dry for about 5 minutes. Then use No. 02. Also prepare a paper palette and makeup sponge. Cut the makeup sponge into small pieces. Put a little No. 02 on the palette and blend it thoroughly with the cut sponge. Once the color has blended, dab it onto the center of your thumb. It’s okay to apply it very lightly at first. Dab it gradually, spreading it from the center outwards. This is about it for the first time. It should create a slight blush. Dab the color onto the palette again and blend it into the sponge again. Dab it in the same area to make it darker. Make it darkest in the center and lighter on the outside, layering it in layers. The area is up to you, but I usually do it around the center two-thirds. Dab it on the other fingers in the same way. I usually change my sponge for a new one after 2-3 uses. Using the same one too much can lead to uneven application and the color can come off where you dabbed, so change it after 2-3 uses. Or, just changing the side you use is fine. I change to a new sponge for the sake of the video’s appearance, but changing the side you use is more cost-effective, so it might be better. Also, if the sponge is dusty, wipe it off with some cellophane tape before using it. A smaller sponge is easier to use on fingers with smaller nails. Adjust the size of the sponge to match the size of your nails. I want the thumb to be a little darker, so I’ll add some. This doesn’t require drying time. Use a base coat or top coat. Put a little base coat on the palette and blend it into the sponge as before, then lightly dab it on the burgundy part in the center. I’ll be layering more color later, but lightly coating it like this will prevent the burgundy from bleeding. Use No. N70 again. I’ll layer No. N70 on every finger except the ring finger. Dark colors like Bordeaux can bleed, so coating the nail in advance allows you to layer them beautifully without bleeding. Especially when dabbing the red in the center like I did this time, if the red bleeds and you pull it toward the tip of the nail, it can ruin the look, so it’s a bit of a hassle, but lightly coating it helps. Apply a second coat to your ring finger. Once you’ve done this, let it dry for about 5 minutes. I use Chifure No. 004. I apply a small amount of No. 004 to the tip of my thumb. Since it’s a clear-based glitter, it’s great for adding a little accent. I do the same with my middle finger, applying it to the tip. I apply it to my index finger and pinky finger, starting at the base . While the glitter is drying, I move on to the next step. I use ribbon stickers purchased from Seria. Here’s the JAN code. Peel your favorite sticker from the backing and apply it to the center of your ring finger. The thin, soft sticker adheres well. I definitely recommend buying this. Use a silicone pen to ensure it adheres well. To finish, apply a top coat. Lately, I’ve been enjoying using Canmake Gel Volume Top and then my usual Nail Artist. I apply Canmake and let it dry for 30 minutes, or I get a manicurist to apply it the next day. It leaves a smooth, gel-like finish, so I highly recommend giving it a try. After applying the top coat, let it dry thoroughly for about 30 minutes. My cheek nails are complete. The deep burgundy gives it a mature look, while the juicy blush and ribbon give it a slightly sweet, cute touch. It’s so glossy it could be mistaken for a gel. Here’s a summary of what I used: CANMAKE N02, CANMAKE N70, CHIFURE 004 rom&nd Hardener 01, CANMAKE Gel Volume Top Coat Seria nail stickers, DAISO makeup sponge I chose a single color for the middle finger on my right hand. The juicy burgundy is so cute, isn’t it? By patting the sponge on top and then layering a sheer rose color, it blends in naturally and enhances the smooth, glossy finish. The ribbon stickers are also incredibly cute. They ‘re incredibly thin and easy to use, so if you see them, be sure to pick them up.
