札幌にある一泊3000円の激安ホテルに宿泊、これはさすがに…

Hi, it’s Yuuka! Right now I’m in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Since I splurged on ANA’s Premium Class last time, I’ve gotta save money on lodging this time. So today, I’m staying at a super cheap place in Hokkaido. But it’s not a business hotel, and not a capsule hotel either. When I saw the photos, I was kinda shocked— it’s definitely a unique spot. The price is super low, sure, but what kind of place is it really? Let’s check in and find out! Okay, here we go. It’s in a totally normal residential neighborhood, so I kept thinking, “Is this really the right spot?” I checked the map like a hundred times on the way. Here it is—Pirica Sapporo, where I’ll be staying tonight. The entrance is on the second floor, so I carefully climbed the stairs, trying not to slip in the rain. It honestly looks more like an apartment than a hotel. *At this point, I’m weirdly excited.* Alright, let’s head inside! Here’s the entrance— for a second I thought it was someone’s house. Totally not hotel vibes. This is the reception counter, and you ring a bell to call the staff. I managed to check in and got the hotel key. Of course it’s not a full private room, so no room keys here. It only took about 20 minutes by bus from Sapporo Station, so actually really easy to get here. *Closest station is Kanjodori-Higashi on the Toho Line, 5 minutes walk.* Made it to my room for tonight. Let’s see what the vibe is like… It’s a dormitory-style room like this. I’m in the bottom row, middle spot—number 4. *The visuals are kind of a lot to take in.* It’s about the size of one tatami mat, but honestly it feels like a secret base, which I love. If my childhood bedroom looked like this, I’d probably be way too hyped, right? Or is that just me? The heavy rain kind of wore me out, so I’m just gonna flop down and recharge. It’s Sapporo, but… nap time first. Good morning! I almost ended up sleeping through till morning. Anyway, let’s go explore the inside of the place. I thought it was only dorm-style rooms, but looks like they’ve got private rooms too. Here’s the shared kitchen space. I’m the type who forgets food in the fridge and leaves it behind when I check out, so I’ll pass on using it today… They’ve got an electric kettle and IH stove, so boiling water won’t be an issue. *They even had free-to-use seasonings.* Over here are the shared sinks and shower rooms for men and women. Totally clean—no problems here. Yay! The showers come with amenities too, so you can literally stay here empty-handed. *There’s also a 7-Eleven 4 minutes away if you need more.* And shocker—they even have a bath, so you can soak in a tub. That’s such a nice bonus. There are lockers with keys in the hallway, so you can safely store your valuables. And of course, the code is “0815.” *Yes, I totally just exposed it myself.* There’s even a women-only vanity area, and it looked like this inside. They had hair oil, cotton pads, a pretty powerful-looking hair dryer, and even curling irons—super thoughtful. Laundry machines are 200 yen ($1.40) per load, and there was a dryer right next to them too. Farther in, there’s a tatami chill space with a microwave, water dispenser, a whole wall lined with manga, and even unlimited free drinks! That’s insanely generous—wow. I think that wraps up the tour. I grabbed a bunch of stuff at Donki earlier, so it’s finally snack time! Well, I say “snack time,” but I’m off alcohol, so no booze tonight. BUT I did stock up on a mountain of Japanese candy. Here’s my feast for the night. I booked this place for $21 a night, and honestly, for $21 at this quality, it’s a steal. Lately hotels have been pricey thanks to inbound demand, so this rate is a lifesaver. The money you save can go to sightseeing or buying souvenirs instead. So from now on, whenever I find cheap and fun places to stay, I’ll definitely share them with you guys! Butamen noodles! And that’s everything I grabbed at Donki. Wait—looks like there’s still something left in the bag… Is this… 100% fruit chu-hi!? I swear I don’t remember buying this at all. But hey, waste not—let’s just crack one open. Cheers to budget traveling in Hokkaido! *Refueling…* Wow, this is actually really good. Snacking on candy while sipping chu-hi makes me feel like a kid and an adult at the same time—so weird. I was the only one in the lounge area just then, but since it’s a dorm, I didn’t wanna disturb anyone, so I kept totally quiet. But thinking about it—silently scarfing candy like that probably looked terrifying… So if you ever spot me—just, uh, let me be. Pirika Sapporo has solid Wi-Fi too, and here were the speed test results. Totally good enough to binge my YouTube without any stress. *Perfect speed for leaving likes and comments all night long.* *And hey, if it’s 100% fruit juice, it’s basically just juice, right?* I booked this stay through Rakuten Travel, but it was so popular I could barely get a spot… I actually had to fight for it about a month ago, but somehow snagged the reservation. Reviews on the booking site were great, especially about the location, amenities, and free drinks. So if you’re planning a budget trip to Sapporo, definitely keep this place in mind. Back in my room—well, my little base. This was the amenity bag I got at check-in. Inside were a bath towel and hand towel, a body sponge, a disposable comb and toothbrush, razor, earplugs, stuff like that. Getting all this for free is kinda crazy. Hard to believe it’s just $21 a night. Inside the base there’s a light and a fan, and since it gets a bit warm inside, those are lifesavers. Here’s what the view looks like from inside my base. Okay, time to grab my amenities and hop in the shower. Let’s go. I’m back from the shower. Totally barefaced now, so please excuse me… It’s already past midnight, so time to sleep. Good night! Good morning! I slept way better than I expected and suddenly it’s morning already. Right now it’s 8:36 AM. *It was so comfy I honestly didn’t wanna check out.* Alright, time to prep some breakfast. I was debating between French or Italian this morning, but then I remembered I don’t actually have cooking skills. So I’m going with convenience store clam miso soup. All I need to do is pour hot water… even a level-1 chef like me can handle this. It’s my specialty dish. *I’m also “skilled” at frozen food and natto, for the record.* One thing I realized while staying here— the noise from others surprisingly didn’t bother me. If anything, I was more worried that I might’ve snored. Kinda paranoid about that. Other than that, nothing to complain about. Men and women are separated properly, so it feels safe even for girls’ trips. *Just realized there was miso soup at the free drink station too…* *Guess I failed as a pro budget traveler. I’ll do better next time.* Oops. Thanks for the meal. Checkout is at 10, so I should probably start packing up. *If you only saw this part, it’d look like I’m filming at home.* *But honestly, I really liked the homey vibe.* Obviously I can’t go home dressed like this, so—wardrobe change! Here’s today’s outfit. Alright, time to head out! *On the way out, they gave me a lucky charm bag with a 5-yen coin inside.* So that was my stay at Pirica Sapporo. And honestly—it was great. It had such a warm, homey atmosphere and I had so much fun. It was cheap, the amenities were solid, super clean, and overall really easy to stay here. The staff were so kind, like family uncles. Next up, I’ll be riding a certain vehicle from Hokkaido, so stay tuned for the next video! Thanks again for watching all the way to the end today. 1.

  8. Always very cute outfits, but I think I liked the outfit in the morning better.

I was kind of worried from this thumbnail picture that this was just some hardware store wood in a garden shed, but it actually looked like it was well constructed and overall very thoughtful. Sometimes you find some real gems in the middle of a residential district.

They had a lot of Manga. I wonder if they have any long-term guests there. I have to imagine that they might.

Thank you for showing us the place. It was fun to see what a place like this would be like. Enjoy your time in Hokkaido!
