of hard to make it down to an hour. We talk too much. – We’ve filmed a lot of long videos.

edit the main channel! And at point, I guess Motoki is in
charge of merchandise now. We do rely on him for Shorts. Also, Masai is running
a gaming channel. And I’m working on
the main one, too. And Ndaho is doing
the main and stuff. And I’m working on kinda
everything at Fischer’s. So along those lines, with editing, of course. Ain’t it kinda late to
decide on job roles? – Thinking about it, it is!
– We’re still a work in progress. I agree, we’re too much
a work in progress. It’s been 15 years and
there’s still a lot to improve. This year’s 202… Is that Chocos? Well, I told you last time. Let’s make a beautiful
circle at the end. Why are you eating Chocos now? – I’ve been eating them all along.
– The whole time? Sometimes I just want to eat them. 97% of pediatricians
recommend it. – It’s funny how the big guy eats them.

– I’ve dreamt of this. A childhood dream? Well, the goal for 2025 is I’ve already made up my mind. And we’ve come here. I’m thinking we could
talk about that during hotpot. I’ll give you a quick rundown. The atmosphere is
firmly intact right now, which of course it is. Let’s do our best,
that’s the basic premise. However, I knew that our members well, to put it bluntly, sometimes you
just can’t keep up. That’s the reality. That’s probably why where should I put myself into things. Like a goal. Sometimes I can’t make anything. And I’m kind of just
trying to do my best. Sometimes there’s a a scheduling error. Like when you go, “Ah.” There’s a lot of work to be done, so
we have to do the scheduling and know what you have to do
at that point in time. I tried to decide every month. I guess it’s like a quota. So decide on that, the current stance, we’re free to do what we want. I just think we should
tighten up where we can. I was wondering if we can do it in 2025! – More organized than before.
– Well, yes. It’s kinda strange way to put it, it will become systematic, I don’t want that to happen. I don’t like that. The main thing I felt this year was our goals and what we
should be doing right now… sometimes we get the order wrong. I want to make sure
we get that part right. So “this month, let’s do this”. By when? Because we have to end this. That kinda thing, I’d like to be a team that does the math backward. Maybe that’s the goal for 2025. That’s what happened last year too. The words “work hard” it came out of everybody quite often. When you try hard and how far to you have to do it. It was pretty vague. It would be a good thing if we can set it up properly. I really suck at making an actual schedule. That’s something I’ve
seen this year. I’ve thought that too. In that area, make your own schedule. how you have to finish something
by a certain time. We have to fight the
pressure in a way. There was less of that this year. So because of that I think I would like to do that. On the Secondary channel. Get more videos out on it. For those who
are waiting for them, we have to get it out for them. That’s what I thought
strongly this year. How are you guys doing? Trying to make the gaming channel! It’s your first time managing something. – It is my first time.
– First time. Become a full- fledged
leader like this, the one to make things go. Oh, that’s hard. Just putting out a
video is not enough. Or they won’t watch the channel. The staff members
who are in charge of editing, I had to nurture their taste for games. And learning the editing style skill. Games… We’ve never done gaming

because it’s been over a year now, The game channel! When you were gunna open it,
