How are you all? It’s been hot and humid every day. It feels like humidity is building up inside my body, and my mood is somehow heavy. I’ve got a new frying pan. I wanted something small that I could use every day, and it’s perfect for me. The other one is a mug I found at a bargain price. The red wave pattern seems to lift my spirits. I’m doing laundry to wash away my tired heart. If I skip one thing, everything will fall apart like a domino effect. I feel that way even more during the rainy season. While I’m soaking the clothes, I’m going to wash my winter jacket and go shopping. I also have to take out the trash. I’ll have plain noodles tonight. As I get things done one by one, my mood lightens. I’ll take a break with some new tea I received. The trick to this year’s new tea is to brew it with plenty of tea leaves. It’s important to hydrate your body to help it drain better. I’ve replenished the sodium percarbonate and soap. I got some fresh red shiso, so I’ll make some juice. I used about 200 grams of red shiso. Water enough to cover the wilted leaves. Sugar and apple cider vinegar can be used as much as you like. The homemade apple cider vinegar was well-balanced and I was very satisfied with it. I look forward to drinking it chilled. I will prepare a lot of somen seasonings and enjoy it. The urge to eat squid tempura comes when I forget about it. Rice flour, baking powder, mayonnaise, water. For the ingredients of chawanmushi, 180ml of bonito stock and one egg. Season with salt, red sake, and a little soy sauce. I’m almost out of the non-caffeinated herbal tea that has become a staple for dinner. It’s a happy night when a new drama has started. I know how hard it is to fry, but it’s so delicious that I can’t help but make it. Grated radish and sudachi are the best. The hard work of cleaning up is a set with the deliciousness. I have been wondering how to clean the screen door for a long time. The weather is good, so I will wash it. It was quite dirty. I will lather up the soap bubble soap and remove the dirt. If I clean one place a day, I feel less guilty before going to bed. The season of molokheiya has come again this year. I’m glad to come home after work and find some molokheiya in the fridge. 赤シソジュースレシピ
*材料********
・赤しその葉・・・300g
・クエン酸・・・20g
(酢の場合2カップ、レモン汁の場合3個分)
・砂糖・・・500~800g(好みで加減)
・水・・・2リットル
※作り方*********
赤しその葉を摘み取って水洗いする。
鍋に分量の水を煮立て、クエン酸を落かし、赤しその葉を2~3分煮出す。
鮮やかな色になったら葉を取り出し、ジュースをこして砂糖を加えて出来上がり。
