みなさんこんにちは！ いいニュースがあります！ これから4～5回のショーがあると思います！ 私がゲストギタリストとして時々演奏するエモバンドから借りたドラマーのディオゴ（彼はジェニファーが元旦に来られなかったので私たちと一緒に寧波に行きました）が、マカオに公式スケートパークをオープンします！ これはこの地域では初めてのことで、私のバンドはオープニングセレモニーで演奏するよう招待されています。 彼はとても若いですが、街の若者のためにこのような素晴らしい公式施設/会場を準備する彼の決意と能力を尊敬しています！ これは若者がスケートボードをするための非常にプロフェッショナルなパークで、公式大会の会場として適しています！ もちろん、オープニングセレモニーには私のバンドを連れて行きますし、彼のバンドにも参加して演奏します。 3月上旬のグランドオープンまでに、少なくとも合計24曲（2つのバンドで私は両方で演奏するので、12曲ずつ）は準備できると思います！ 心配しないでください。私はすでに準備を始めています。今まで聞いたことのない曲もあります。それだけでなく、私たちのバンドは両方とも、3月中旬にマカオで開催されるライブハウスミュージックフェスティバルに申し込みました。同時に、マカオの別の評判の良い女性バンドのメンバーから、1月中旬のショーで一緒に演奏しないかと誘われました。ジャズはあまり演奏しないので、しぶしぶ断りました。そして、私が間違っていなければ、ライブハウスのギグがあと2つ予定されています!!!! 2025年の初めから、かなり良いニュースがたくさんありますね。こんなに良いニュースを聞けて感謝しています!
Hello everyone! There is good news!!!! I think there are 4 to 5 gigs lined up! Diogo, the drummer we borrowed from the emo band I play as a guest guitarist sometimes, who he went to go Ningbo with us because Jennifer couldn’t join us on new year’s day, is opening a very official skate park in Macau! It is the first of its kind on the region and he invited to perform in the opening ceremony. He is very young but I admire his determination and ability to have the facilities ready, so young people have an official place to do skateboarding, not to mention it is a qualified venue for official competition!!!! Of course I will bring my band to the opening ceremony and I will also join his band to play as well. I think altogether I need to prepare 24 songs at least on that grand opening day at the beginning of March!!! Don’t worry, I have already started preparing. Some of the songs I have never heard before. Not only that, both of our bands are signing up for live house music festival in Macau in Mid-March. Meanwhile, someone from another very reputable female band in Macau asked if I’d be interested to gig with them in a show in mid-January. I reluctantly turned them down because I really don’t play jazz songs. Then if I am not wrong, there are two more live house gigs lined up!!!! Wow, I have quite a few good news from the start of the 2025, no? I feel grateful!
忙しいようですが（少なくともライブの準備でバンドと話し合っているときは）、YouTube のオンライン サポーターの皆さんのことを忘れたわけではありません。もちろん、皆さんのためにさまざまな曲を制作しています。遠くに住んでいる皆さんに良い音楽を楽しんでもらいたいので、次の英語のフレーズを言って一日を始めてください。英語には「you made my day!」という慣用句があります。これは、私が皆さんを幸せにしてくれた、または曲が皆さんを幸せにしてくれたという意味です。皆さん、今日は私が大好きなとても美しい曲を紹介します。これは、私の最大の「SUPER THANKS」貢献者の 1 人から提案されたもので、私のバンドがライブの観客にも届ける必要がある種類の音楽であるため、絶対に演奏しなければならないと感じています。曲は、歌手でアーティストの 中村晃子とザ・ジャガーズ による「 虹色の湖」（カバー）です。この曲は 1967 年の曲で、1968 年の映画「進め！ジャガーズ・敵前上陸」の曲だと思います。私はまだその映画を見ていませんが、これは私の父が大好きなタイプの映画です。中村さんはとても美しく、歌もとても上手です。近いうちにジャガーズの曲を試してみたいです。どうなるかはわかりませんが、この曲をライブでバンドと一緒に歌ったり演奏したりするかもしれません。もちろん、ドラマーのジェニファーが歌えるなら、「恋のヴァンス」を演奏して一緒に歌ってくれたら最高です。

Despite I seem busy (at least in talks with these bands in preparing for the gigs), I did not forget my online supporters here on YouTube, and of course I have been working on different songs for you, hoping that those who live a far such as you, you will also be able to enjoy good music too and thus, perhaps to say the following English words at the start of the day. In English, there is an idiom that goes like this, “you made my day!”. Which, means, I made you happy, or the song made you happy. So everyone, I have this really beautiful song I love, which was suggested to me by one of my biggest “SUPER THANKS” contributors, that I MUST play because this is the kind of music my band needs to bring to our live audiences too. This song is called “Rainbow Lake” (cover), by singer and artist Akiko Nakamura and The Jaguars. I think the song is from 1967 and it’s from a pretty interesting and funny 1968 movie called “MAKE WAY FOR THE JAGUARS”. Now, I have not seen the movie yet but this is the kind of movie my dad loves. I think Nakamura san is very pretty and sings very well, and I have to try songs by the Jaguars too one day soon. Who knows? Maybe I will try to sing and play this song live with my band. Of course, if our drummer Jennifer can, it’s be so cool to perform “Vacance de L’amour” too and if she can sing together with me.
Yes, playing this song actually requires a few guitars. It’s fun….
