TBSの大型番組『SASUKE2024 ～第42回大会～』が12月25日よる6時から5時間10分にわたって放送中。Snow Manの岩本照が10年目の1stステージに挑んだ。
◆岩本照、10年目の挑戦 岩本は今年で10年目の参加。直近3年はドラゴングライダーで落下となってしまっているが、今年も同じタイミングで勢いに負け、飛び降りに失敗した。 悔しい展開を迎えたが日置将士は「マジで？」と動揺。岩本は晴れやかな表情で「みんなで立ち上がってクリアするっていう空気を今年も味わえたことが嬉しいです」と振り返っていた。
