人材派遣会社の営業部長・永沢明（やべきょうすけ）の焼死体が発見された。
警視庁強行犯係の樋口顕（内藤剛志）は、芝浦署刑事・藤井麻奈（内山理名）らと捜査にあたる。
犯人は同社社長・赤塚玲司（梶原善）の娘・真理子（早咲心結）を誘拐。
赤塚の会社が派遣社員らに貸し付けた債権の放棄と、娘の身代金10億円を要求してきた。

The burned body of Nagasawa Akira (Yabe Kyosuke), the sales manager of a staffing company, was discovered.
Higuchi Akira (Naito Takashi), a member of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crime Division, investigates the case with Fujii Mana (Uchiyama Rina), a detective at Shibaura Police Station.
The criminal kidnaps Mariko (Hayasaki Koyui), the daughter of Akatsuka Reiji (Kajiwara Zen), the company’s president.
Akatsuka’s company demands the waiver of loans made to temporary workers and a ransom of 1 billion yen for his daughter.
