  1. For me its 5,5/10, the acting are actually really good but the weak script, uncertain storyline, poor chemistry just didnt make it for me sorry 🙏🙂

  2. SPOILER: その男性は既に結婚している。端的に言うと、この話は浮気を助長するものだ。❔I pity the wife Miki in this story & I want to high kick the main character lady to remind her that the man is already married. Even Yusuke’s brother & Kazu’s wife told her to stop. 😂 I didn’t feel sad at all about this story rather I wanted to squeeze the main character lady. I was also hoping that the bear tear her apart. 😂But is a wife like Miki exist? Gosh! In my country it’s called martyrdom. But happy ending to both women. They’re both independent, so it’s fine. Satisfying ending. 😊Haha . But it’s 4/10 for me.

  3. I’m a fan of Mr. Sakaguchi after watching What Comes after love with Lee Seyoung! I’ve fallen in love with them! Beautiful, realistic and relatable story! Great actors! They both act naturally! So I’m excited to see Mr. Sakaguchi with his new work in Beyond Goobye with Kazumi. But I’m just disappointed with story how they normalized “cheating “ just because the male lead is dying??? I just felt bad for the wife!

  4. spoiler:

Beautiful story, I know it's very hard for people to get along with the story because of the cheating aspect but

It shows how wanting someones love can hurt the person you love and those around them. I think it just shows how blind people can be when they are in love. Saeko didn't think about Kazu's condition at all because of her own pain/love for yusuke until miki told her about what kazu can't do it (drink alchoal, carry heavy things, have sex) was then she realized her selfishness was hurting kazu. There are times where it feels like saeko and kazu want to confess their love for each other but Saeko and Kazu are both confused about their feelings for each other and they know they aren't in any situation to fall in love. Saeko knowing she may be starting to fall for kazu chooses to leave and let kazu live his life with his wife. Kazu of course pretends yusuke's memories are disspearing to allow for saeko to say goodbye to yusuke so he can continue living his life. Miki basically said herself she's stupid in love with her husband. With Miki allowing Kazu to go on the trip she allowed Kazu to give saeko one last chance to say goodbye to yusuke. And Kazu felt he needed to go on this trip for yusuke as well to show how much he appericated yusuke for giving him the chance at life again and to allow yusuke to tell saeko to keep smiling one last time. Yusuke and Kazu were both able to say goodbye properly to saeko at the aiport after telling her to smile/play the piano. Miki supporting kazu until the very end really allowed kazu to give himself, saeko, and yusuke closure. The ending scene with miki and saeko is probably miki inviting saeko back every year to pick apples is because it's kazu's death anniversay, as kazu passed away when they were picking apples. My guess is to keep the memory/life of Kazu alive because now miki and saeko both share moments with kazu.

  7. this got a bad review and I read others' comments about this JDrama and there's cheating involve… idk if i should still watch it despite the negative reviews…

  8. Love every scene of the series. Kentaro and Kasumi are fantastic actors. Their chemistry and nuanced acting made this series truly memorable. Really enjoy watching it. Hope Kentaro and Kasumi Arimura will across paths again in a Netflix series.

  9. The way I expected so much about this and I hated everything about it (except the scenography, those places were beautiful) but it's funny coz how the fuck did they thought this would be cute when the guy is a literal cheater to his faithful and loving wife??? but even taking that out, I never felt real conection with none of the characters and I never really buy that those 2 were truly in love (again, eww with the cheating) 2/10 and those 2 points are only because I loved the places they filmed this thing
