Snow Manの宮舘涼太と向井康二が、10月31日放送のグループでレギュラーを務めるラジオ番組「Snow Manの素のまんま」（文化放送／毎週木曜21：00～21：30）に出演。向井が渡辺翔太に誕生日のメッセージを送った。
向井康二、渡辺翔太へ愛あるメッセージ 11月5日は渡辺の32歳の誕生日。この日の放送ではそんな渡辺にメッセージを届けることに。向井は「もうシンプルに。しょっぴー、誕生日おめでとう。大好きだよ」とまっすぐに思いを伝えた。 宮舘が「シンプルですねぇ」と反応すると、向井は「シンプルイズザベスト！たぶん今しょっぴー聴いてるから、耳がほわってなってますね」とコメント。宮舘は「スキンバードになってないことを祈ります」と口にし、向井は即座に「鳥肌ね。スキンバードって言わないの」とツッコんだ。
