okay breaking from the AP the Duke of Sussex will be able to appeal against the dismissal of his high court challenge over a decision to change the level of his personal security when he visits the UK you know the story Harry wants the same protection he had when he was a working member of the royal family when he visits the UK now that he’s a non-working member of the royal family and Ravi is saying we will consider it on a Case by case basis now it was a judge in February that rejected the Duke’s case and concluded ravic approach was not irrational I think another judge is going to say the same if Harry wants to come over to support the family if Harry wants to come over to see members of the royal family absolutely he’s going to be protected if they want to come over to Christmas shop maybe ravi’s going to be like I don’t think we should do that on the taxpayers dime um I also I also see people arguing with me about Harry not being homesick proof he’s homesick he’s fighting this he wants to fight this
The Duke of Sussex will be able to appeal against the dismissal of his High Court challenge over a decision to change the level of his personal security when he visits the UK.
Harry took legal action against the Home Office over the February 2020 decision of the Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) that he should receive a different degree of taxpayer-funded protection when in the country.
In a judgment in February, retired High Court judge Sir Peter Lane rejected the duke’s case and concluded Ravec’s approach was not irrational nor procedurally unfair.
However, Harry has been given the green light to challenge Sir Peter’s dismissal at the Court of Appeal, according to an order by Lord Justice Bean dated May 23.

He fighting, to get IPP, that way he does not pay for protection, tax payers will pick up the tab.
Not sure if he is homesick or not but he is fighting this to get IPP Protection especially with other countries he and the wife may wish to have a FAKE "royal visit".

For MM, that level of security is nothing more than a status symbol, a VERY EXPENSIVE status symbol that tax payers, wherever they go, will have to pay for.
