【日本人MMAファイター増加計画!!】UFC中村倫也の世界で戦えるMMAファイターになるには?

If you live in a rural area, I think it would be great to just play around with the playground equipment. You learn how to struggle and move forward easily under the pressure of water from all directions. Isn’t it? Your physical senses will improve tremendously through gymnastics. [Music] Channel This is the rear channel. Today’s topic is a special one. What should I do to start MMA? What should I start from if I want to start from zero? Regarding the plan to increase the Japanese MMA population, the one thing that all of us can say in common is that we believe in the decisions we make, and at the same time we have to doubt everything. It’s okay to be someone who truly believes in yourself, but someone who doubts everything. For example, when you learn how to do this technique, or when your teacher teaches you how to hit a straight shot, it’s super important to really believe in it, but right now. I think it’s important to explore whether it suits you, whether you can do more with this method, and whether you can do more with this method, and I think that’s what martial arts is all about. In the end, you keep doubting yourself in the sense that you treat it as something that has no end. It’s important to believe, and of course it’s important to have faith, but it’s more important to have faith than it is to give you strength, which is faster than nerve transmission. It’s important to have faith in order to create an unmistakable feeling of weakness, and from what angle can you form a person? I think it’s really important to practice martial arts , and I think it’s really important to develop that through martial arts, and I’ve developed that through martial arts, plus developing a body that can express the movements you want to express. I want them to be able to play baseball, I want them to be able to swim , and I want them to be able to dance like this when they ask them to dance. I want you to challenge yourself to do things like that.It ‘s like taking something that you think is this one and trying to understand it more deeply and confronting that one movement. When I decide that I want to pitch, I try to face myself by tossing a ball.I wonder if I can do it faster. I don’t know if it would be better to step on the left edge, or if I should lower my center of gravity at first, but I was wondering if it would be better if I were to lean up on my chest and not hurt my back. If you master something, you’ll want to explore something else, and when you decide to try something else, the process you gain will be very useful. This will definitely work in any field, so focus on one thing. It’s really important to delve into it, pour all your faith and doubts into it, refine it, and I’m confident that I’ll be able to complete it.I think this will work in the world as well, so it doesn’t have to be the world. That’s right, if there is even one thing that I have already faced, such as calling 100 people who are popular in Japan, and finding someone who is better than me, then I will use that as the axis and become Miki and summarize the current story. If you want to become a mm fighter who can compete in the world like Leah, kids under 10 should not just go to a martial arts gym right away, but concentrate on what they are doing right now. If you enjoy it, enjoy it, and dig deeper into it, you ‘ll end up with things like this, and your field of vision will become narrower, and your skeleton will become distorted due to the movement, so I think it’s really important to keep your body in shape. Zen from Zea always says that it’s connected to the mind, so I always do things like tune up my body and do all sorts of things so that I can express the corpse. The current easy-to-understand UFC rules When it comes to winning by decision in three 15-minute rounds , I think wrestling is the most advantageous sport. With all the different sports out there, I think it depends on the person who is the easiest to get into M, and that’s true for me.To be honest, I’m really sorry to say this, but it was before I came to MMA.Kendo isn’t directly connected to MMA. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I was thinking a lot, but people like Mr. Tsuda, who I learned martial arts from, and Henry, who have dealt with one thing properly, are able to deal with other things properly and absorb them quickly, so it’s amazing. In the end, I understand that you can’t grow unless you’re honest, so if you try to master one thing, you’ll become more honest, and you ‘ll easily lose your strength, so I don’t think there’s a clear and easy-to-understand answer to which one you should do. I don’t mind running around on my shins, but if I can just do something that interests me, I’ll have a great life in martial arts.If I just want to do martial arts, I don’t have to think about what other sports to start with. If you think about it, you should start with martial arts, but if there is no gym nearby, or if you were a baseball player and played baseball, you should try it.That’s right, the instructor is important, and the spirit of the person will ride it after all. If it were my son, I would ask him to be a teacher who praises and helps him find the fun parts, rather than a teacher who gives him complexes and nurtures him.Yes, I have a question, but yes, hitting is good , wrestling is good, and good in the world. Which field do you think is the fastest to learn to get to a fighting level? I don’t know. I haven’t seen the fullness of it and the world of striking, so wrestling was definitely difficult, but I don’t want to say it’s more difficult than others. I don’t understand, well-equipped gyms are popular among people overseas, and I think it’s great content for interacting with people of unfamiliar races, but I’m afraid of foreign athletes and other barriers. I think it would have the effect of getting rid of children from a young age.If you live in a rural area, it would be great to play with play equipment.I think it would be great if children could use classic play equipment such as a driving climbing pole. After all , it may be that it is easier to strike. That ‘s right. However, since childhood, I think that striking is the way to learn the sense of distance between yourself and other people around you. I think it’s fulfilling to find things and set up a lot of tricks, and I think you’ll find what you’re looking for.Children naturally become a little spiritual, but I think you’ll find what you’re looking for when you’re a child. I’m sure they’ll get interested in it, so I’m really excited about it.I want my kids to take up swimming and gymnastics.I’d be happy if they got interested in it.I think I’d like to get them into swimming when they’re really young. You’re learning how to move forward, aren’t you? If you don’t let go, you’ll sink, and you learn how to let go, how to stretch, and when to grab the water. So when you’re really concentrating, and when it’s good, it’s like swimming while swimming. I’d like to do martial arts, but swimming is definitely a good idea. So even in the rough waves of life, you might learn tips like how to swim, and learn not to lose if you go against what’s coming your way . If you ask yourself what’s the best way to breathe and what kind of relaxation is best in order to ride the wave of “Otaku”, you ‘ll find out a lot of details , so I’d like you to become an otaku.Otakus tend to make a lot of fun of me. I think it’s sometimes used in words, but it’s a wonderful thing. Did I mention one more thing? Swimming and gymnastics , gymnastics, spatial recognition while spinning around, and knowing what position you’re in the air. The physical sensation of spinning under the influence of centrifugal force is greatly improved through gymnastics. The part that I think is actually good about rings is the mat exercise, which starts with a forward roll and turns into a good forward spread leg spread. At any wrestling gym , they do a good leg conversion rate, a front turn, a good conversion rate, and at the end they do a bakuten bakuchu. They do gymnastics-like warm-ups, so the wrestling also rotates a lot and looks like it’s going to be tight. Well , everyone can do it easily.Last week, in college, unless you can reach the 120km class, you won’t be able to move on to practice.Has Ginsan ever taken gymnastics?I think he did a little gymnastics when he was in kindergarten. I liked it.I don’t do anything serious like balancing on average or using a horizontal bar. When I was really small, I took gymnastics classes like vaulting mats.I think dancing is really great in terms of expressiveness. But martial arts that might be good, real champions, and various backbones There are some people out there, but since I was born in Japan, I think Buddo has such good content, so I think it would be great to learn there.I guess it’s embarrassing, but I’m actively creating content. That’s what I want you to do.I’m a wrestler, so I want to do something that I like, but when I concentrate too much, people tend to lose their balance, so at the same time, I also do things to keep my body in shape. I feel like it’s better to do something like that, it’s better than anything else. The only thing left to do is to experience the top class.I think it’s a good feeling for children to be exposed to the feeling of being a top class person, and it’s fun, and it’s pure. Well, in the end , I can’t say anything if Rinyaman’s kids who were passionate about martial arts when they were little are watching this. You’re the best. You’re the best. You’ll definitely become the strongest. Believe in yourself and me too. I’m working hard every day, rejoicing in the joy of feeling like I’m getting stronger, so I hope you’ll enjoy each day as well and work hard towards something.Thank you. That ‘s all for what you need to do to become an MMA fighter who can compete on the world stage. It was a video about what I should do , what I should think about, advice I can give, and a plan to increase the number of Japanese MMA fighters.Yes, everyone , thank you for watching.Thank you for staying till the end. Please subscribe to the channel. 1.
