Maybe it’s old fashioned but you are not supposed to wear any accessories while wearing a kimono. I once, very early in my career, wore a pearl one and my Mama at that time told me not to wear it even though it was pearl.

Pearl is very Japanese. One can wear it in all business attire including funeral and wedding That’s how learned No one really wears a kimono before they come to Ginza other than the adulting day so they might not know the manners.

But I think I told someone that her piercing is not ok so I reminded her and they were like I reminded her already but she said that it’s changing! Now we do this And I was like hmmm is it because I am old-fashioned?

Because I do see someone models will try to do an innovative way at shows by wearing one but I was told that way and we should protect the tradition so I told them to remind her again but I think I need say it directly to her now

She is. Kurofuku is like a promoter figure. And it’s ok for them to take the responsibility because they have their own relationship built there Maybe she could have put it nicely but this whole thing also stand out Mr. Hiraide as a great Kurofuko right

Mr. Hiraide is something. He is the type of person that can make mistakes for others and Kyoko used that. It’s like now Kyoko owns Hiraide one

Yea, let’s say customer wants to be mad at Kurofuku right but they will remember that last time they made Mr. Hiraide take the responsibility so they won’t do that anymore “I can tell Ms.Kyoko’s passion! And I like both your dresses and Kimono! I support you!”

I think this is referring the remark Ms. Misato said we shouldn’t chase money and this is how Kyoko is doing that. But like I said those are the relationship between the customer and hostesses. And some customers like it.

Some of them are maybe just M. We would have customers that tell us not to tell the hostess I am leaving because the hostess didn’t sit with me as much today.

The first time was like a year and half ago and I tried again half year ago which still didn’t work and I passed on the third time I didn’t know you can fail the interview Yea I was very salty about that

She said she would be happy to be on the YouTube and she said she is just so happy to work here too so I got the impression that she is very bright and positive She likes Nanae a lot She knows what she wants and she is working very hard for it.

That’s how she got where she is today. You can only be a Mama if you work hard enough but she hasn’t been working at Ginza for that much so we should teach her the essence of Ginza including how to treat customers

I feel like people who are more experienced should teach her that and hopefully she is humble enough to accept it and that way I think she can keep her rank and be a better hostess
