脅迫メール2000通…元彼が住所調べて殺しに来た【逗子ストーカー殺人事件】

What if your blocked ex has been going through your information for years? In December, 2009 It was in Zushi, Kanagawa, Japan. Okay, I’ll do my best for another new request. The woman who muttered with a cheerful expression on her face as she sat at her computer at home was Ms. A. (pseudonym)

She had previously worked as a designer for an advertising firm and had only recently started taking on private work. Really glad I moved here. Ms. A came to this town two years ago when she got married. She has finally settled into her new life and stepped into a new stage in her career.

She foresaw even more fulfilling days ahead. But… What? Suddenly, an e-mail from an unknown address arrived on Ms. A’s cell phone. As soon as she opened that e-mail, Ms. A’s face turned pale all at once. Don’t try to make only you happy. Since that day, Ms. A received the same e-mail every day.

The number of letters received amounted to 2,000 over a two week period. A woman who was living a full life received disturbing e-mails What is the full extent of this insane stalking behavior? A man obsessed with one woman. What was the insane behaviors he did to get her? Osu! Osu! Recently….Ken chan here!

I’d rather be chased than chased. Yami Yamiko here. As you say, I want you to experience the fear of being chased in this story. Did I say something a little careless? Yes, you did. You can’t say that after you hear todays story. So today I would like to introduce you

To a stalker murder case that happened in Zushi, Kanagawa in Japan. After six years of harassment, It is a shocking case that ended in murder. In Japan, it’s a very famous case, and I still remember it. The perpetrator has been stalking her for the past six years, hasn’t he?

He was very obsessed, right? Stalking for 6 years is too much. Yea, it is too much. Someone can graduate 4 years college and plus 2 years. And this case… it’s no surprise that the perpetrator is wrong. But It was a result of factors in the surrounding circumstances, such as police mistakes,

It made the case disgusting. So what exactly was this man’s insane obsession? A guy who was kind and nice In September, 2006 First, it was happened in Setagaya, Tokyo. It’s been going on for the past two months. Complaining to the counselor with being about to burst into tears, the woman was Ms. A.

Her cell phone screen on the table showed a number of emails sent by a man. I won’t allow you to be the only one happy. I attempted suicide today. Because of you. All of the e-mails were sent by Ms. A’s ex-boyfriend, with whom she had broken up two months earlier.

By the resentful words she received daily, Ms. A was completely exhausted. Won’t it stop? That’s a problem. Seeing Mr. A badly worn out, the counselor replied with a sigh. Who is this man who was harassing Ms. A? About two years before Ms. A visited the counseling session. it was in October, 2004.

That day, Ms. A was attending a badminton club held at a gym in Setagaya. Is this your first time in this club? Have fun and enjoy! It was Tanaka (a pseudonym), a coach at the badminton club, who smiled at Ms. A. This man was a part-time teacher at a girls’ high school.

He was a popular teacher who actively mentored students in its badminton club. He was sociable, kind and attractive in Ms. A’s eyes. I bet it would be fun to have this guy as a boyfriend. The two continued to interact with each other steadily, and before long they fell in love.

It is said that the two were so passionately in love that they even contemplated marriage soon after they started dating. So this guy was going to start harassing her? This guy seems nice. Until you’ve been in a relationship with them for a long time, you don’t really understand the true nature of people.

It was about a year after Ms. A and Tanaka had been dating. Sorry to keep you waiting, but the train’s been delayed. That day, Ms. A arrived a few minutes late for her meeting with Tanaka. Then Tanaka would not even look at Ms. A’s face.

I’m sorry, please, put yourself in a better mood. In the end, Tanaka’s mood did not improve that day. As Tanaka became more accustomed to his relationship with Ms. A, he became overtly arrogant toward her. What troubled Ms. A more than anything else was Tanaka’s unusual possessiveness. Alone with a man other than me?

What the hell were you thinking? So at that time I just got a ride from my business partner. Please, you have to understand. Tanaka made every single remark about Ms. A’s friendships, even if they were business-related. Whenever she was ever left alone with a man, he yelled hysterically at her. Wow, too much.

The sociable and gentle image of him when they first started dating was no longer there. Thus, it was in July, 2006. Ms. A asked Tanaka to break up with her. Thereafter, Tanaka, angry with Ms. A’s attitude, persistently sent her harassing emails. The harassment did not stop at email.

In a park in her neighborhood, he attempted suicide by drinking and drugging himself heavily. Harassment had also developed into nuisance behavior. I still think there is no other way but to distance yourself. Ms. A nodded quietly when the counselor recommended that she do so.

After that, by abandoning her familiar town and workplace and moving to a new place, Ms. A was finally able to escape from Tanaka. But the nightmare was just beginning. Oh, no? Are you saying that moving out didn’t work? Yes, right.

It was impossible to escape from this man Tanaka, even if she had moved out. Collapse of Peaceful Days 4 years after Ms. A and Tanaka broke up. it was in December 2010. Ms. A was living in Zushi, Kanagawa at this time. Oh, there’s another order.

I’m surprised I can get work as an individual. Ms. A happily mumbled in front of her computer at home. She previously worked as a designer for an advertising firm. She came to this town two years ago when she married a man from the same office.

As Ms. A began to get used to her new environment, in order to expand her job possibilities, she began to market herself personally on social media. Then one day… What? An email from an unknown sender suddenly arrived on Ms. A’s cell phone. Once she read its contents, she froze there. The message was,

“I won’t allow you to be the only one who is happy.” As you can guess, that email was, no matter how it looked, from Tanaka, whom Ms. A had run away from 4 years ago. Since then, she received 2,000 emails from Tanaka over the next two weeks.

Ms. A could only tremble in fear. This is too scary. How did Tanaka know Ms. A’s email address? She even quit her job and moved out, right? It’s a spine-chilling experience for her, who thought it was solved four years ago. Ms. A started using social media for work,

Which led to Tanaka finding her. After losing contact with Ms. A, Tanaka continued to worry alone about not being able to forget her. In despair over her rejection, Tanaka developed depression. He once attempted suicide in a mountainous area, causing a commotion that sent out a rescue helicopter. He quit his teaching job altogether

And became a complete recluse. Even during these days of staying at home, such as making phone calls to Ms. A’s former employer, pretending to be her relatives, Tanaka tried every means to get a hold of her.

It was only a matter of time before Tanaka reached Ms. A’s account, who had begun to actively use social media. I’m going to dinner with my hubby after work today. Tanaka learned that she was married for the first time when he looked at Ms. A’s account on social media.

After four years of searching for Ms. A, this man could no longer contain his anger. Tanaka then obtained Ms. A’s email address in some way. He sent her threatening emails on a daily basis. After Ms. A consulted the police, the emails temporarily stopped due to a stern warning.

Then, just three months later, it was restarted. I’ll kill you, I’ll stab you to death. More than 100 emails were sent per day. The content of these emails became more and more extreme. What perplexed Ms. A most of all was that the damage had begun to spread to her surroundings.

Such as he took the liberty of having a large quantity of deliveries made to the home of a former colleague of Ms. A’s in Tokyo, Tanaka began to do anything she might not want to do. Ms. A, distressed, consulted the police again. Finally, Tanaka was arrested. And then in Septeber, 2011

Tanaka was sentenced to 1 year in prison, suspended for 3 years, for making threats. This seemed to finally bring things to a head. Too yucky. It’s the kind of obsession that makes one think there’s no place to escape to. Tanaka is classified as a rejected stalker. Rejected ?

This type is considered to be particularly obsessive. So this leads to today’s keyword Rejected Stalker Stalking perpetrators are classified into five categories based on their target and psychopathology: Rejected stalkers, Resentful stalkers, Intimacy seekers, Incompetent suitors, and Predatory stalkers Among them, the rejected type is

Triggered by the breakdown of a relationship between husband and wife, lovers, etc. In many cases, the assailant is furious and angry. It’s easy to become obsessive. A rejected stalker may have a desire for revenge against the victim, but at the same time may want to reestablish the relationship.

Its psychological state is very complicated. By feeling close to the person they are stalking, they are temporarily comforted by their damaged self-esteem, and so they persist in committing the crime. Hey, Tanaka’s sentence was three years of probation, right? Was there nothing wrong with that?

Considering Tanaka’s obsession, three years of freedom is not at all reassuring. On the victim’s side, yes. About a year after Tanaka was convicted of blackmailing, around 2:00 p.m. on November 6, 2012. He was staring at a house on a street corner tha day. Yes, it was unmistakably Ms. A’s home.

I finally found it. Muttering expressionlessly, Tanaka walked directly toward Ms. A’s home. He went to the first floor window, not the front door. How did you…? Ms. A. immediately recognized Tanaka when he entered the house, but it was too late. I have nothing more to lose.

In Tanaka’s hand was a sharp kitchen knife. And then… Tanaka repeatedly stabbed the knife into Ms. A’s neck and back many times as she tried to flee. Ms. A stopped twitching after a while. The woman Tanaka hated the most and obsessed with the most, on the day of his 40th birthday,

Passed away forever. Tanaka then left Ms. A’s body as it was and headed upstairs himself. When he wrapped a cord around the balcony railing, he hanged himself and took his own life. I did find out how he got the email address, though, how did he find out her house?

What were the police doing? Seriously. That is really the point. How could Tanaka have identified Ms. A’s address? In fact, since September 2011, when he was convicted, Tanaka had been searching for Ms. A’s address behind the scenes He repeatedly used sites such as Yahoo Chiebukuro to ask questions.

It is said that he was looking into every avenue to gather information about Ms. A. I’m looking for a person who has helped me. I would like to thank her, but I don’t know where she lives. Is there any way I can identify it? The number of those questions submitted by Tanaka was

More than 400 cases. Some of the questions were about deadly weapons and criminal law. It was obvious that Tanaka was thinking of something bad. Tanaka then asked a detective to investigate Ms. A’s address. the detective impersonating Ms. A’s husband contacted Zushi City Hall, and Ms. A’s address became known to Tanaka.

In fact, fearing that her address would be known, Ms. A had applied for a restriction on access to her certificate of residence. However, the responding official did not check for restrictions and restrictions on viewing didn’t make any sense. Incidentally, after Tanaka was convicted, security cameras had been installed around Ms. A’s home,

And the police had stepped up their patrols. However, that period ended after six months. Once the police dropped their guard, threatening emails from Tanaka resumed again a few days later. However, the content of the message, “Pay the compensation,” could not be immediately judged as a threat.

The Anti-Stalking Act at the time had no provisions regarding email, No police action was ever taken. But actually, I have to say that this decision is a lack of police awareness. Tanaka was required by special compliance rules not to make any contact with the victim, including visits, phone calls, or emails.

The police department with which Ms. A consulted was not aware of this special compliance requirement. In addition to this, although it is not known whether it helped identify the address,

It is said that the police made the mistake of reading Ms. A’s address and married name in front of him when Tanaka was in custody. Thus, the Zushi Stalker Murder was a case in which the more we dug, the more we found one inadequacy after another on the part of those involved.

If the police had paid more attention to Tanaka or been more careful, I think this would not have happened. The city office gave out personal information as a matter of course. It’s so dangerous, isn’t it?

When it comes to this, we have to think that the police are thinking of it as someone else’s problem after all, don’t we? On December 28, 2012 The Zushi stalker murder case ended with the suspect’s death being ruled unprosecuted.

As a bereaved family, it was the end where they had no place to head their anger. The husband, who lost Ms. A, expressed his grief as follows I always thought of her as someone who would walk down the same path, hand in hand. The hole in my heart will never be filled

But on the other hand, the lessons learned from the incident are being applied to later society. The incident led to the passage of an amendment to the Anti-Stalking Act in June 2013. This stipulated that sending a series of emails would be prohibited as stalking.

In 2014, a detective subcontractor who gave Tanaka Ms. A’s address was arrested and sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison. Ms. A’s life of being obsessed with one man for six years must have been a life with no time for rest and relaxation. He saw himself as a victim

And could not imagine the feelings of the person who did not want to be obsessed. I can’t help but feel angry at Tanaka for his selfish behavior. Do you think it makes sense to continue to obsess over someone you have broken up with?
