I learnt a lot of cooking secrets from your videos that are down-to-earth for us people at first arms with the Japanese cuisine. You’re great the way you are. Exactly the fact that you yourself are a beginner makes your videos pleasant and easy to follow thanks to the simple explanations. I love Japanese dishes, and I cooked almost everything you posted here (the hamburgers were delicious, the best I ever tasted and made thanks to your sensei’s tips).
