Hi guys! I am JouNail.🤍 Did you have a nice Christmas?🎅 Today we will be doing Harry Potter Gryffindor nail art. I’ll decorate it in red to match the Christmas atmosphere! I’ll remove the Ravenclaw nail art first. Apply remover and remove with a sharp tool.

Dissolve and remove slowly so as not to hurt your nails. If there is a little bit of remover left, it won’t come out well because the dropper can’t reach it. I’ll pour the rest into a bottle with lots of remover. If you combine them, you can use them frugally.😊

I will cut my nails short with clippers. My natural nails don’t grow straight into the curve I want, so I like to cut them short and extend them. Trim the ends with a disposable file. I filed it according to the shape of the nail. Buffer the surface with a sanding file.

Sand along the grain of the nail and horizontally near the cuticle. It’s not a rough file, but if you file it too much, your nails may become thinner. I sand just enough to smooth out the texture of the nails. I will clean my nails with a gel cleanser pad. Removes dirt and oil.

After nail care, I will apply base gel. Cure for 30 to 60 seconds. I’m going to do full-coverage tips and extend my nails with base gel. I would choose a size that completely covers the side. The tip was a little big so I bent it.

You can cut it to reduce its size, but it is quick and convenient. I will apply the base gel to the inside of the tip. I applied the peel-off base first to make it easier to remove, but

You can extend it faster by simply attaching the tip with base gel to your natural nails. Apply it similar to the size of your nails. I applied a thin layer to my nails, and since they were shaped like eagle nails, I added a generous amount of gel to the ends.

Press and cure without air bubbles. I attached it all and cured it for 30 seconds. I’ll shorten it a bit and reshape it. Cut the sides and change it back into a stiletto shape. I’m going to apply top gel to the bottom. Fill in any gaps and coat the entire thing.

It is convenient to use low or medium viscosity top gel. I will file and create a pretty nail shape. I think I just need to trim the edges a bit. File around the sides and cuticles as well. I grinded the ends slightly so they weren’t too sharp.

I will sand the entire surface with a sanding block. Wipe cleanly with alcohol. I’m taking out a moist wet tissue. Wipe off any residue near the cuticles by pushing. Coat the surface smoothly with the base. The cuticle area and tip are covered so that they are naturally connected.

Extension complete! Now let’s go to the art.💕 We’re going to paint syrup and dark red as the background colors. I will apply the syrup color first. It is an ivory color that feels warmer than white. I would apply a full coat except for the ring finger nails. Cure for 30 seconds.

I will apply two coats so that the natural nail is barely visible. Cure for 30 seconds. I’m going to paint my ring finger nail red! I chose dark red. I painted all the way from the cuticle line. It is a burgundy color with a slightly dark feel.

I want a darker color, so I apply one more time. Background color complete. We will decorate in a combination of red and gold, the symbol of Gryffindor. Tools to use. I will attach the large decoration first using the thick semi-solid gel. We’ll decorate it like the sword of Gryffindor!

Apply gel underneath the parts and attach them. I’ll add stones to make it look like a sword. Raindrop shape. I’ll cut a thin cubic chain and use it. It is convenient to attach small things with clear gel.

Although it has weaker fixing power than semi-solid gel, it allows you to quickly attach light objects. We’ll add details with gold beads! Stick it by poking it with a stone picker. Let’s decorate the middle nail by mixing parts and stones. Red heart Swarovski stone.

I will add antique charms like a frame to the stone. I made it like a magic potion. Decorate it by adding various shapes. I start nail art by planning in advance how I want to decorate it, and as I decorate it, I add or modify detailed elements.

I decorate by comparing colors and shapes to see if they match. Add detail with gold beads. It’s a side view of a lion, and I made it in advance. Actually.. I filmed making a lion, but only the back of my head was filmed.🥹 I’ll show you how to make it later..😘

It seemed empty to just add a lion, so I’ll add a moon and stars. I’m gonna decorate my little nails by focusing on the middle! A water drop-shaped stone. Key-shaped parts. I added handmade wing decorations to make it into a winged key. I’ll also add a chain on top.

Wrap around the sides of the decoration and coat the entire thing. If you cover the top of the stone, the cutting angle is hidden and the unique sparkle disappears. Just wrap it around the perimeter so it doesn’t lose its sparkle. Cover the metal decoration completely to prevent it from discoloring.

I’ll quickly cover nails without stones with the built-in brush. Covers everything except the stone. Apply top gel only around the chain on top of the stone. Even if you just cover it like this, you can preserve the cutting angle without the chain falling off. Lastly, 60 second curing..!🔥
